Digital Marketing Manager


This role is responsible for developing and executing the online marketing strategy to acquire new customers and engage and retain existing customers.





This role is responsible for developing and executing the online marketing strategy to acquire new customers and engage and retain existing customers. This individual will partner and coordinate with our third party agencies to create the strategy and execute the plan for SEM, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Social and Display advertising (branding, direct response, remarketing, etc.). 

As an expert in Digital marketing, and recognising the incremental growth opportunities in the channel, you will also lead to execution of the email, eCRM and online segmentation strategy.

The position requires strong online marketing skills to launch, manage, and analyze digital marketing campaigns that drive innovation and growth. This individual will analyze the success of our campaigns and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to the wider business.

A successful candidate for this role should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with the financial responsibility of managing a budget.


Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy and execution of SEO, SEM, Paid Social and display channels

  • Develop marketing plans and goals, launching campaigns, and providing timely reporting and insights on campaign performance
  • Create a strategic roadmap to drive online traffic including both new and existing customers through Paid Search, Product Listing Ads, Dynamic Search Ads, and other digital marketing programs
  • Assist with social media strategy from a paid perspective for evergreen content, campaigns, events and company-wide initiative

Lead strategy and execution of our Affiliate Program

  • Recruit new publishers and develop an affiliate marketing plan to support the growth of the channel
  • Plan affiliate exposure and exclusive affiliate content in line with promotional and marketing content.
  • Monitor performance on a weekly basis
  • Negotiate with key publishers CPA levels to constantly optimize performance

Lead strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns

  • Work with the E-commerce Manager and E-commerce Merchandising and Planning Manager to define a strong commercial calendar for the season
  •  Lead the email marketing strategy in terms of content and customer journey definition
  • Develop and execute the weekly newsletters
  • Monitor and optimize performance via A/B testing

Manage and partner with internal teams and 3rd parties

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency to manage end to end campaign execution, ensuring strategies are aligned, assets are created, and deadlines are met
  • Ensures the timely communication of sales, promotions and product releases to the Digital Marketing Agency
  • Manage external agency on the planning and execution of paid search, SEO, and display campaigns, ensuring programs are optimized and key program metrics such as ROAS, visits, conversion, AOV, etc. are met
  • Manage SEO with external partners and internal teams to provide on-page optimizations and an adequate content strategy
  • Partner with IT team on SEO strategies that require back-end development work

Communicate and evangelize throughout the organization

  • Synthesize information to clearly communicate key learnings, actionable strategy, and recommend new opportunities to leadership
  • Your key relationships will be with marketing, creative, finance and client services functions but you will obsess over clear and constant communication across all teams and levels of the business.

The ideal candidate

A truly passionate digital marketer with a fascination for digital marketing & eCommerce:

  • 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • 4+ years of experience using analytical and digital platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Instagram/Facebook Ads, Linkshare
  • International background, multilanguage skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and basic HTML advantageous
  • Must be detail oriented and deadline-driven, with the ability of prioritizing tasks independently
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to present ideas/projects in a wider group of diverse expertise
  • Business oriented with good understanding of the brand.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/ Power Point
